Conference/meeting technology
The Ballroom and Tina Club have direct HDMI connections, and the Ballroom also has a wireless Click-Share connection. Our other rooms have large digital screens with HDMI connections.
Our largest venues, namely the Ballroom, Tina Club, Topelius Cabinet, and Manala Cellar, are equipped with high-quality sound systems and microphones.
All our meeting rooms have a robust wireless network for customer use.
Lighting and sound technology
The Ballroom is equipped with professional sound equipment, and the space also features extensive lighting technology and DJ equipment available upon request. The Ballroom can be fitted with mood lighting that highlights the hall’s unique features and creates the perfect atmosphere. The Ballroom lighting can be customised with colored lights to match your company’s brand and/or the event’s theme.
The Tina Club and Manala Cellar feature high-quality sound equipment and stage lighting.
The prices of meeting and celebration packages include basic technology, i.e., a screen (digital/silver screen) + 1 microphone. Still, for larger lighting and sound technology needs, our own technician will handle the equipment. The technician’s fee is €75/hour, with a minimum charge of three hours.
Streaming and hybrid meeting services
Both streamed meetings and interactive events offer the opportunity to organise accessible and practical events, regardless of the participants’ location. Participants from around the world can be invited to the event, or some of the event’s performers can be located elsewhere. Additionally, the recording of the event can be used numerous times.
We offer technical solutions for organising high-quality Teams meetings and other interactive events. In our hybrid meeting services, we have invested in high-quality sound reproduction to ensure that everyone present can hear the speakers clearly, even those connected remotely.
The smooth running of our remote events is ensured by a professional and experienced team of experts – the planning, implementation, and customisation of the event are in the hands of the best professionals in the field.

DJ services
DJ and program services are ideal for creating an atmosphere at corporate events and as a highlight at corporate or private parties. Our experienced and professional DJ will design a personalised playlist and lighting for your event, taking into account the nature of the event and your wishes. We can also take requests for songs on the spot!
Our DJ service includes a DJ, the necessary DJ equipment, and a selection of music. The price of the DJ service is €550 (max. 5 hours). Additional hours are €75/hour.
Lobby service/cloakroom
Lobby service is always agreed upon on a case-by-case basis. As a rule, we require door service for events with more than 40 guests (excluding the summer season) and for all Tuesday through Saturday evening events during the Christmas party season.
Cloakroom service is not included in meeting and event packages, except for city weddings. The charge can be added to the joint invoice, or each guest can pay for the cloakroom service upon arrival.
