Botta Events is located in Etu-Töölö, in the Ostrobotnia building, completed in 1912.
Several churches and civil ceremony locations are within walking distance, and guests can arrive conveniently by public transport or by car.

Ballroom – A Wedding Venue for 80 to 160 Guests
The Ballroom is designed for weddings that require an elegant, functional, and flexible setting.
It works best for celebrations of 80–120 guests, and with the adjoining Chydenius Cabinet, seated dinner capacity extends to 160 guests.
The spacious, light-filled and naturally festive atmosphere reduces the need for heavy decorating and makes planning easier.
City Wedding Package – Everything Essential in One Complete Service
Our wedding package includes:
• dinner service
• tableware, white linen tablecloths and napkins
• a private backroom for the couple
• cloakroom service
• professional-level sound and lighting
• planning meetings in the venue – also with your wedding planner if you have one
The Ballroom is available from the afternoon until midnight, with additional hours available on request.
Decorating can be arranged already in the morning by agreement.
Wedding Menus – Seated Dinner or Elegant Buffet
Our kitchen is known for clear, balanced flavours and consistent quality.
We use Finnish and seasonal ingredients whenever available.
Wedding dinners can be served as:
• a multi-course seated menu
• an elegant buffet
All menus include coffee and brewed tea.
We require a unified menu selection for the whole group, and all special diets and allergies are carefully accommodated.

Wedding Cake – Freedom to Choose Your Own Bakery
You may order your wedding cake from any bakery you prefer.
A serving fee of €2.00 per guest applies.
We kindly request that the bakery contact us well in advance to agree on delivery details and serving platters.
Smaller Weddings and Additional Spaces
For weddings with 50 guests or fewer, we offer several charming cabinet rooms. Please get in touch with our sales team for more information.
Ceremonies can also be held in our spaces.
For after-parties, the private Tina Club offers a lively and effortless option in the same building.
