Botta Events’ Ballroom offers a wedding venue where it’s easy for guests — and the couple — to feel at home. The historic, spacious atmosphere suits both intimate wedding dinners and larger city weddings, and the room’s flexibility makes planning straightforward. The Ballroom is best suited for celebrations with around 50–100 guests, and when combined with the adjoining Chydenius Cabinet, it can accommodate seated dinners for up to 160 people.

Menu Options

Food plays a central role in any wedding celebration, and this is where Botta Events shines. Your wedding dinner can be served as a seated dinner or as an elegant buffet. All menu options are designed with the flow of the day and guest comfort in mind. Coffee and brewed tea are always included. We require a unified menu selection for the group; special diets and allergies are accommodated individually.

Wedding Cake

For weddings held at Botta Events, you may order your wedding cake from any bakery of your choice. A service fee of €2.00 per guest applies for cake service. The bakery must coordinate the delivery and serving platters with us in advance.

Smaller Weddings & Additional Spaces

In addition to the Ballroom, Botta Events offers several charming rooms for weddings with 50 guests or fewer. Ceremonies can be held in the warm and intimate Topelius Cabinet or the more formal Chydenius Cabinet. The Ostrobotnia building also includes a private club — a lively setting ideal for wedding after-parties.
