One of the most essential elements of a wedding celebration is excellent food. Botta Events’ historical setting and wedding menus prepared in our own kitchen create the framework for city weddings that will be remembered for years to come.
We have designed our catering with the flow of your special day and the comfort of your guests in mind. Because we are responsible for the service, the venue, and the kitchen, the wedding dinner integrates seamlessly into the programme of your celebration.
Every wedding couple is unique, and so is the wedding menu. We offer two popular ways to serve the wedding dinner:
Grand Wedding Buffet: An abundant and social option where guests can choose their favourites from a diverse selection. A buffet creates a more relaxed atmosphere and allows for freer mingling even during the meal.
Served Dinner: A dignified and festive choice where food is served as plated portions to the tables. This creates a clear rhythm for the celebration and leaves ample space for speeches and programme numbers between courses.

Wedding dinners are served in our magnificent Ballroom. The space is at its best for weddings of 50–100 guests, and when combined with the adjacent Chydenius cabinet, it can accommodate up to 160 guests for dinner. The spacious venue ensures smooth service and allows the wedding party plenty of room to move. Depending on the number of guests and your wishes, the buffet can be set up either in the Ballroom or the adjacent lobby.
Smaller Weddings and Intimate Dinners. We also organise many smaller weddings. For wedding parties of under 50 people, we offer atmospheric private rooms, such as the warm-hearted Topelius or the dignified Chydenius. We can also host the wedding ceremony on-site.
We want you to have the wedding cake of your dreams. Therefore, for weddings at Botta Events, you are free to order the cake from the confectionery of your choice.
Procedure: The patisserie delivers the cake and serving platters to us at an agreed time.
Service Fee: We charge €2.00 / person for serving, dishes, and cutting the cake.
