When the family gathers to celebrate new life, milestone birthdays, or a long marriage, being together is what matters most. Botta Events offers a setting where festive traditions have been cherished for over a century.

We make it effortless to organise warm-hearted christenings, naming ceremonies, dignified birthday receptions, family lunches and other celebrations. Our location in central Helsinki and facilities with lift access ensure easy arrival for everyone – whether the guest is a baby sleeping in a pram or the eldest member of the family.

Traditional Catering for Day Events

We have designed our menus specifically for daytime events where carefully considered flavours and traditions are valued. Your choices include:

• Celebratory Coffee Buffets: Featuring classic savoury sandwich cakes and impressive layer cakes.
• Soup Lunch: A delicious soup buffet with sides – a popular and lighter option.
• Traditional Festive Buffet: A versatile buffet table including abundant starters, salads, a warm main course, and cake with coffee.

Festive Setting Included in the Price

We want to ensure that on the day of the celebration, you do not have to worry about practicalities. The price of our family packages always includes:

• Stylish Table Setting: White linen tablecloths, napkins, and candles/tealights create a festive atmosphere right from the door.
• Venue and Service: A private room for your party and our friendly staff at your service.
• Beverages: Coffee, brewed tea, and iced water are included in the menu. We offer juice for children. We are also happy to recommend other beverages to pair with your menu.
• Flowers: We are happy to assist in ordering flowers suitable for the occasion.

Practical Information and Group Sizes

Organising family celebrations and coffee receptions with us is flexible.

• Group Size: Menus can be ordered for groups of at least 10 people.
• Venues: Catering is available in all Botta Events meeting and banquet rooms.
• Menu Selection: We require a unified menu choice for the group.
• Special Diets: We accommodate pre-notified allergies and special diets (e.g., gluten-free, vegan) on an individual basis.
