Hybrid meetings

With Botta’s hybrid and remote events, you can impress participants whether they’re live or online.

Whether it’s streaming and recording an event or a hybrid event where all participants, both on-site and remote, can join the discussion and, if needed, also appear via live video and audio, we will carry out the event professionally and securely.

We have invested in high-quality sound reproduction so that in hybrid events, even those connected remotely can be heard clearly by everyone present, regardless of where they are seated.

The smooth running of our remote events is ensured by a professional, experienced team – the planning, implementation, and customisation of the event are in the hands of the best in the field.

Hybrid meeting – Small

Includes a conference technician, one speaker microphone, an HD camera, a video mixer, a Teams computer, and a presentation computer.

Hybrid meeting – Medium

Includes a sound and video technician, necessary microphones, an HD camera, a video mixer, a Teams computer, and presentation computers.

Hybrid meeting – Large

Includes a sound and video technician, necessary microphones, multiple HD cameras, a video mixer, a Teams computer, presentation computers, HDMI splitters, and an information display for the speaker.

Recording

It is also possible to obtain a recording of the streamed meeting. If you want the recording edited, in addition to the recording fee, you will be charged an hourly rate of €75 for the technician’s time spent editing.

Additional technician

A skilled additional technician for demanding events. Minimum charge for three hours.

Sound technician

Sound technician (e.g. for bands/choirs). Minimum charge for three hours.

Sound technician services include: load-in, soundboard programming, sound check (minimum 1.5 hours required), mixing during the event, and any additional microphones. Our technicians will also assist with other technical needs.
